Guided implementation
of the digital workflow.
A technical proposal to turn equipment, software and consumables into a clinical and laboratory workflow that is usable, traceable and less dependent on trial and error. The focus is 3D printing, dental CAD, bench organisation and initial technical support.
Technical proposal
The goal is to turn equipment, software and consumables into a clinical and laboratory workflow that is usable, traceable and less dependent on trial and error.
Practical implementation
Initial setup of the 3D-printing environment, guidance on washing, post-curing, bench organisation, resin control and a minimum validation routine.
Applied training
Teaching oriented to real use in the clinic or laboratory: models, guides, occlusal devices, prototypes and an initial integration with CAD design.
Transition support
Three months of remote mentoring to shorten the learning curve, correct recurring failures and consolidate a more predictable digital routine.
Service breakdown
The figures below lay out the package transparently. The focus is not only installing equipment, but structuring a sustainable operating routine.
| Service | Scope | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Digital workflow planning | Analysis of the clinical and laboratory objective, definition of priorities, implementation sequence, material organisation and guidance on realistic indications for the initial stage. | R$ 350 |
| 3D printer installation and validation | Functional assembly, levelling, parameter guidance, initial calibration, test print, temperature control, washing, drying, post-curing and basic visual and dimensional inspection. | R$ 650 |
| Operational training in 3D printing | File preparation, slicing, positioning, supports, safe resin handling, cleaning routine, material changes and prevention of common failures. | R$ 450 |
| Initial training in dental CAD | Digital design reasoning, case organisation, libraries, anatomies, models, initial parameters and the integration between scanning, CAD and additive manufacturing. | R$ 350 |
| Three months of remote mentoring | Online support for operational questions, failure analysis, slicing guidance, routine adjustments, short support videos and follow-up during the initial adaptation phase. | R$ 200 |
| Initial technical standardisation | Minimum quality-control criteria: resin agitation, traceability, FEP inspection, LCD protection, bench cleaning and proper storage. | Included |
Investment
Total consulting investment
R$ 2,000.00
This value covers the consulting package, initial training and remote mentoring. Equipment, laptop, scanner, resins, consumables, spare parts, commercial licences and travel or lodging are not included, unless specifically agreed.
What the package includes
- Installation and initial training on the dental 3D printer.
- Guidance on washing, drying and post-curing.
- Initial slicing setup and basic parameters.
- Hands-on training to prevent common failures.
- Introduction to the CAD workflow applied to dentistry.
- Installation of full CAD software as an operational bonus of the package.
- Mentoring and remote support over WhatsApp for three months.
- Setting up a minimum quality-control routine.
Possible extensions
The package can be expanded according to the digital maturity of the clinic or laboratory, the production volume and the complexity of the intended procedures.
Follow-up on-site visit
Fine adjustments, follow-up on real cases, routine reassessment and additional training, at a value agreed in advance.
Extended online support
The three-month period can be extended as the client requires, at a value agreed according to the volume and complexity of the demands.
Online 3D-printing course
A structured module on dental 3D printing, with lessons, protocols, failure prevention and bench routine, at a value to be agreed.
Specific CAD courses
Modules for different applications: models, crowns, provisionals, occlusal devices, digital wax-up and libraries, at a value to be agreed.
Terms and notes
The terms below keep this proposal general, applicable to different clients and adjustable to the logistics of each engagement.
Travel and lodging
Values may vary according to distance travelled, lodging requirements, length of stay and the logistics costs involved.
Equipment and consumables
Printer, wash and cure station, resins, alcohol, PPE, FEP film, protective films, vats, scanner, laptop and other consumables are purchased separately by the client.
Support scope
Support covers operation, technical questions and process guidance. Complex CAD design, ongoing case production and outsourced services may be quoted separately.
Validity
This proposal is valid for 30 days, unless scope or logistics change. After that period, values and terms must be reconfirmed.
This proposal covers an initial, objective implementation. The digital dental workflow depends on the interaction between equipment, material, software, operator and process control. Training and standardisation reduce variability, but do not replace clinical validation, regulatory criteria or the professional's responsibility for each indication.
